This 54 year old female patient was previously diagnosed as bilateral otosclerosis, six otosurgical procedures or revisions were performed by three different surgeons on the right ear and two procedures on the left ear over a five year period. Tympanometry AS presented a Type A with PVT of 1.1 daPa. Could not seal (CNS) AD with PVT > 7.0 daPa
